Rovebook/Coworking
Coworking
A coworking floor is a hotel that doesn’t sleep. Rovebook holds the front desk together so the room runs whether the founder is in the room or in a meeting.
For the boutique floor, the shophouse loft, and the design-led members’ club. Two locations is the right shape for us. Twelve, still.

The modules
Each module sits inside the universal booking engine with five-axis conflict checking. The same transaction that confirms the booking also debits the credit, charges the card, and updates the audit log.
Day passes
Drop-ins with QR-code tap-in. The lobby reads the rest.
Dedicated offices
Long-term seats with a lease — same engine, longer rhythm.
Meeting rooms
Credits or hourly. Conflict-proof against staff and other resources.
Memberships
Monthly allowances that reset on the first. No cron, no spreadsheet.
Mail & packages
Logged on receipt. Member notified. Photo on file.
Virtual offices
A registered address you sell as a service, plus mail handling.
The coworking front desk
Today, on a coworking floor — the admin set to coworking.
The same engine, the same nav rail, the same data model — with chrome and language tuned to this rhythm.
A day on the floor
Three moments from a working day, sized for the kind of room you actually run.
08:14
A linen-lined lobby
The first member taps in. The dashboard counts. Today, in Bangkok.
11:30
A meeting that holds itself
Room four. Three credits. The conflict check runs inside the transaction. Nobody had to ask the front desk.
17:02
A package arrives
Logged in twenty seconds. A photo of the parcel goes on the member’s record. She is notified by email.
Today, in Bangkok.
